We both handle prenups, separation agreements, collaborative divorce, and uncontested divorces. Melenni focuses on assisted reproductive technology (ART) law including surrogacy agreements, donor contracts, pre-birth orders and estate planning. Kayleigh handles family law litigation, contested custody, and high conflict matters. Simple as that.
